I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. He really has the ability to tune in to a client and offer clear advice on the full span of creative and technical issues surrounding websites. Because he can pin down ideas so clearly in emails means that the UK-France difference was irrelevant. His attention to detail in easy-to-understand terms is so welcome.
